Synopsis:

Blake Sanders, a partner at a top Manhattan law firm and newly minted divorcee, is shocked to find herself lusting after her sexy female hairstylist. But when her trendy tufts are not at all what she imagined, Blake’s fiery temper takes over and she stiffs the hottie who fashioned them.

After her new look causes a splash at work, Blake has a change of heart and returns to the salon with a generous tip for Janie, the sexy stylist, only to find her cozying up with another woman on her way out. Intrigued, she follows the pair downtown to a Greenwich Village bar called “L World”.

When Blake discovers that her fantasy girl is an out and proud gay chick, her attraction to Janie becomes very real. She pursues her, setting in motion a torrid affair that turns both women's lives upside down, and leaving a trail of damage behind!

My Opinion:

The Beginning was great, the middle fantastic, and the end stupendous! You can see I LOVED this book! Almost as much as Dead Kitties Don't Purr by Amber Green. While "L" World is not a novel about two girls in a post-apocalyptic world, it IS about a romance between two sexy women that I adored.

Ms. Rose's writing style is hip and fun that keeps a reader's interested. I can tell you, I was NOT bored reading this novel. It's fantastic!!

"L" World is a very emotional coming out story with tons of delicious sex. Naughty sex scenes that leave you breathless.

I can tell you I was a bit confused when Dom and Blake had sex. First of all, what kind of friend hits on your girlfriend (or should I saw ex), and second, what person who is in love with someone else, has casual  sex with said love interests close friend? Weird. Kinda pissed me off a little bit. Although I'm super glad the girls remain friends. Now Ms. Rose should write Dominique's story!!

Recommendations??

For all of you readers who read for the romance, no matter orientation the characters are! This book was awesome, I'm sure you'll like it!
